The steps Lonsdale Finance Choice follow are:
- Identify lenders that best suit your client's needs
- Assess your client's total borrowing capacity
- Help select the most suitable loan structure that meets your client's objectives
- Complete all loan application documents on behalf of your client
- Submit the loan application to the lender of your client's choice for approval
- Notify your client as soon as their loan has been approved
- Be available to assist in executing the mortgage documents
